Caroline Lindo
Ever since I was a child, I knew there was more to life than the physical realm. How that came about was what you could describe as a series of (un)fortunate events, including multiple near death experiences and retaining awareness of my previous life which was not on earth, on which a soul aspect had stayed for many years longer then the rest of my incarnation on earth. It actually took a family constellation, working on my incarnation and pre-verbal trauma to fully integrate that soul aspect again. Through those experiences, it became very easy for me to navigate the other realms, have out of body experiences and I needed to practice hard on staying in the body.
For my own dire survival needs, I started studying:
Radical Embodiment with Philip Shepherd
White Tantra year-training with School of Tantra Movement
Nervous system health with Irene Lyon
Creating a listening field with Danielea Castell
Dream Symbolism at the Jungian Institute of Amsterdam
Level 1 and 2 dreamwork at Los Portales
level 1 and 2 Unconditional Model with Anneke Lucas and Christina Merkley
Though the most profound of all teachings I received inside of my dreams themselves. I've invited and received a transmission from a (to me, to this day still) unknown Tibetan Buddhist Dream Yogi, Who gave me extremely challenging exercises to learn how to simply observe. And many years later, after days of practicing the Zhine meditation, my own Oversoul paid me a visit, teaching me how to stay present in the black phases between REM cycles.
